46~Ikan Percik Kelantan





Bahan-bahan

ikan salut dgn kunyit n garam
santan agak2 sendiri dgn berapa ekor ikan yg digunakan
2 ulas bawang merah
2 ulas bawang putih
3 batang serai -diricih
sedikit halia
sekeping asam keping
gula

Cara-cara

ikan dibakar dulu

Halia/serai/bawang merah/bawang putih -tumbuk or blender

Panaskan santan -Masukkan bahan tumbuk/blender tadi/garam/asam keping

kacau hingga naik minyak dan pekat

masukkan sedikit garam/gula

curah kuah percik kelantan ye berwarna putih atas ikan bakar tadi
